A very good day.

I actually got some writing in today at work during lunch. I am having entirely too much fun with this Saiyuki/Bladerunner WIP for [livejournal.com profile] springkink.

Some good stuff on the F-list today, as well. Since many of you frequent the same sites I do, these probably won't be anything new, but I'm reccing them anyway. :P

A new scanlated Gojyo/Hakkai doujinshi was posted to [livejournal.com profile] otakupink. The only thing I have to say about Kin no Tamago is...yowzah! ...And also, as with some other works by EGS, this is emphatically not for anyone under 18.

Also, [livejournal.com profile] ladylotusmoon just posted part 4 of Zang Fu Theory, which has taken some very interesting plot twists, and is definitely worth checking out. (Part 1 is here.)

And another, older rec that I never quite got around to putting up:

The Importance of Sharing Sake by [livejournal.com profile] fey_puck (Rating, PG-13)

(Mild 3/5/8. Humor. Sort-of. Under the influence of a lot of alcohol.)

P.S. [livejournal.com profile] avierra? I expect to have something for your e-mail inbox later tonight--probably very late.... ^_^

EDIT: Hmm. It appears one must be a member of [livejournal.com profile] otakupink to see the Egg dj. Either that or the gallery is somehow age-locked related to an lj user's profile. I hadn't expected that. The link works when I'm logged in but doesn't, otherwise. Sorry about that.

I've actually got four books up now -- two 10K DJ (waaaaaaah! *sniffles*) and one other odd little 585 DJ; the insane crossdressing 58 AU is definitely the prettiest of the lot, though. (Although the circle who did the 10K books really grew on me -- this icon's taken from one of her kiribans, I've got the full-size pic as one of my desktops now...)Along with the samples I had in my journal, I posted download links for full scans to all the usual communities -- the [share]doujinshi tag on [livejournal.com profile] saiyuki_yaoi is probably the fastest way to pull up all the posts.

And oh, that full-color book [livejournal.com profile] avierra scored is just stunningly gorgeous. I'm gonna be haunting my usual DJ connection until I see another copy come up for sale...

Oh, thank you! I didn't realize you'd made them available on [livejournal.com profile] saiyukiyaoi. I am now madly downloading as I write. Thank you so much! Will leave what I'm sure will be gleeful comments in the future (probably this weekend after downloading and perusing them at leisure--my internet connection is painfully slow!)

Still haven't looked at [livejournal.com profile] avierra's book, but intent to soon. So much pretty art, so little time! *sigh*

I usually post that sort of thing straight to the comms, to spare the non-Saiyuki/non-yaoi sides of my f-list; Shinkai Ni Sumu was an exception because I'd been babbling about it to people even before it arrived, and when I realized it would take me a while to get completely scanned, I had to put up some sample images to tide people over. :)
