Springkink musings
Oct. 3rd, 2007 12:04 amSo. One of the reasons I got this journal was to participate in online challenges/communities that run on livejournal. I do actually have fic in other fandoms in other corners of the web, but the intent of this journal is to stick mainly to the Minekura Kazuya fandoms of Wild Adapter, Bus Gamer, and Saiyuki.
Of course, I haven't written much in these fandoms yet (hence the emptiness of this little corner of lj). However, on October 13th I'll put up my first springkink contribution. I'm really looking forward to being able to participate.
My fic contribution has basically been finished (i.e. gaping plot holes patched over) since sometime late last week. This is an accomplishment, as the storyline somehow metamorphosed into something much more complicated then what I started with. Even now, I can't quite seem to leave it alone. It's like a never ending construction project on the freeway. I suspect the orange cones will not be taken in until some time around midnight on October 12th.
That being said, I've had a whole lot of fun with this prompt. And it still won't leave me alone. It wants a sequel. Two sequels, in fact. I never knew that AU's were so damn addictive. Obviously I'll have to be more wary of them in the future.
