The Italian one is very classical-sounding - I can see that turning up in a fantasy story.

You're right about the chess one. I was actually thinking that some of the quotes on the site would make good springkink prompts, so I may have to visit the site again before the next round of prompt submissions starts. ^^

Hee. I enjoy chess. Sadly, I can't think far enough ahead in the game to be much good at it. But I have great admiration for people who can.

Thank you! I didn't see any quotes that jumped out at me ficwise in this recent perusal, but I *have* used a searchable quote site before when submitting prompts before (I can't say which one in particular because someone is writing the prompt this springkink round). But certainly the random generator seems like good material for the future. ^_^
